Tribute to Mrs Fakinlede

Charity Fakinlede. Some people called her Charity. I liked to call her Mrs Fak. Charity was a fine specimen of a human being. A Christian who walked her talk - kind, gentle, always wishing others well, generous with herself and with her ideas.

Mrs Fak was hardworking, progressive, ambitious and therefore successful. She loved her family and was devoted to them. I don't even think that Charity defined family like we all do. Anyone who came in contact with Charity's life was her family. If I had any say in the matter of life and death, I would have said that she deserved at least 40 more years to continue being a blessing in people's lives. But we don't have a say in this and so we must trust God through it all. I have no doubt that Mrs Fak will rest in peace. I hope that is some comfort to her family and friends.
