Aunty
You are an example of a virtuous woman indeed. Right from the University of Ilorin staff quarters, which was my first encounter with you as a child, you lived the life of a true christian. You welcomed strangers into your home and I remember you coming to my house and chatting with my parents. Your hearty smile and boisterous laugh still resounds in my ears.
I remember the opportunity you gave my brother to work at FACTS, which today has shaped the career path of two of my brothers.
In Unilag here, you were my family always watching out for my best interests as well as asking after your 'angels' as you call my kids. I remember your passion for your project for the village children. Your courage and determination to finish your PhD, which you did in record time. Your optimism throughout the time of your illness. Your humility, even when you'd come to my office.
I'll miss you very much. Continue singing with the saints in heaven, till we meet again.
Love you loads.
Doyin.
